by Event media on 17 Aug 2008
After a sunny day without wind the French team of Emmanuel Dodé and Billy Besson became the Dart 18 World Champions of 2008. The race committee sent everybody out on the water but in the end there was’nt enough wind to sail a valid race.

Therefore at 3 p.m. on the water the organization declared to the two ecstatic Frenchmen the winners.
