Monk wins Black Heart Finn Nationals

The final day of the Black Heart Finn National Champs was sailed in fickle winds meaning only one race was sailed.

At the completion of the competition Craig Monk is the Black Heart Finn National Champ, this is Monk's ninth National Championship. Monk has not been competitively sailing Finns since 1996, clearly he has not lost his touch and dominated throughout this years Championship.

David Hoogenboom was also very dominant at the front of the fleet taking a convincing second place overall.

Further back positions were very closely fought with tight finishes and positions changing in every race.
