Radha in St.Maarten-St.Martin Classic Yacht Race

by www.classicregatta.com on 17 Jan 2008
The 1966 Italian build classic yacht Radha is one of the latest entrees in a fleet of approximately twenty yachts who will participate in the three day St.Maarten-St.Martin Classic Yacht Regatta scheduled to start this Friday January the 18th.

Radha is a well know competitor in the Mediterranean classic race circuit and has won amongst other good results a first place in her class in Les Voiles de St.Tropez.

The yacht is quite heavy and prefers good winds which with the predicted weather forecast of around 20 knots during this regatta, should give her a good chance to sail great results. She is 66 ft long and is a Marconi Yawl designed by E.Cornu.
