ASX-REUTERS CHARITY REGATTA
Friday, 2 November 2007


Members are advised that MHYC will be hosting the Annual 'ASX-Reuters Charity Regatta', in aid of Children’s and Medical Research charities, Program on Friday 2 November, 2007.

The Regatta has attracted 53 entries this year, we seek Members co-operation in ensuring that yachts are not left on the MHYC Marina T-Heads and Casual Moorings during this week. Members should ensure that they have adequately secured their yachts and that yacht gear is not left on the MHYC Marinas, Walkways or Rackroom.

The MHYC Marina T-Heads are not available for Members use from 2200 hours on Thursday 1 November to 0900 hours Saturday 3 November. Please ensure you make arrangements to remove your yacht from the T-Heads after Wednesday Racing and Thursday Twilight Racing.

The MHYC Members Carpark will be used for Regatta Registration and Gear Storage on Friday, we advise that the Members Carpark will not be accessible on Friday and we ask that you do not use the Members Carpark from Thursday Midnight until Saturday Morning, 0900hrs.

List of Competitors, Starting Handicaps, Yachts loading and un-loading locations at MHYC and Sailing Instructions for the Regatta are available at: http://www.asxreutersregatta.com.au/

Thank you in advance for your cooperation, the ASX-Reuters Charity Regatta will fully occupy all Club facilities on Friday and the Club Bars and Bistro will not be available for use by Members and their Guest on the day.
