Whitworths WA Manager Sean Gray said that there would be some great deals on offer. A further 10% has been taken off already discounted stock and there will be a massive 35% off electrical wiring, rope and other products purchased by the reel.

We asked Sean Gray what stock was most likely to be snapped up.

‘This time of year a lot of safety gear is definitely going to be popular.’

With Christmas and the school holidays on the horizon many families are going to be shopping for PFDs, MOB aids and marine clothing.

‘Electronics which normally aren’t discounted at all and EPIRBS are going to be very popular. It’s normally $399 for an EPIRB MT400, but with 10% off that you’re not going to find a cheaper price anywhere.’

‘Everything that we’ve already published as being on special will also be an extra 10% off.’
