The Gold Coast also has its own representative in the F1 Superboat group, with local nightclub owner, Craig Truslove, running the XLR8 Home Loans F1 entry. Coming from a race weekend at Port Macquarie/Wauchope that he'd, no doubt, prefer to forget, Craig said he was determined to show the locals their faith would be rewarded. Either way Craig will parting till all hours Sunday Night where celebrations will take place at the Meeting Place Bar and Club Surfers Paradise.
The action will be fast and furious with the Trask Brothers eager to stamp their authority in their own state, young gun Rhys Coles the 2006 F1 Champion now calling Gold Coast home will also be biting at the bit for a win.
