Cipriani and Morelli lead Spanish FD Nationals

The International Flying Dutchman started the Spanish Championship racing Thursday. The championship is being held before the class World Championship starts on Monday 16 July at Mar Menor, Spain.

The Italian pair, Roberto Cipriani and Stef Morelli won the first race ahead of Andy McKee and mathe Bismark of New Zealand, third wer the home team of Carlo Beltri and Javier Cayuela.

In the second race went to the Spanish pair Gines Romero and Alvaro Moreno. In second place were Szabolcs Majthenyi and Domokos of Hungary with third Roberto Cipriani and Stef Morelli.

Cipriani and Morelli lead overall after two races. The Spanish pair Romero and Moreno are second and Majthenyi and Domokos third. Racing continues thro Sunday 15 July.
