Henri Lloyd Concept store at Hamilton Island

The wait is finally over! After much anticipation Henri Lloyd is finally set to open their next concept store in Australia, and where better to do this than amongst the oceanic surrounds of Hamilton Island! The new store will open this August, coinciding with Henri Lloyd’s first year as official clothing sponsor for one of Australia’s most exciting, action packed sailing events for yachties and fashionistas alike – Audi Hamilton Island Race Week 2007.

The new store will feature the signature Henri Lloyd look of white washed wood paneled walls, thick walnut stained bench tops and change rooms with rustic porthole windows. And will be stocking highlights from both the Henri Lloyd Marine and Spring Summer 2007 collections. Look out for the hot new gelato hues of Mint, Blossom and Vanilla mixed with the traditional tones of red, white and navy for both men and women. The end result is a perfect nautical fusion of environment and style.

Henri Lloyd’s Spring Summer 2007 collection is inspired by the excitement of the America’s Cup being held in Valencia, Spain this year. The brochure photoshoot for the collection has captured the luxe and indulgent lifestyle that has become synonymous with this royalty of sailing events. While both Henri Lloyd fashion and marine wear is consistent in quality and style, each season promises fresh ideas and different designs. While quality is seemingly a must for the Henri Lloyd team, you can be guaranteed that up to date fashion and technology is never ignored.

Henri Lloyd has a continuing commitment to cutting edge technology and is worn by world renowned sailors across the globe including Australia’s very own super maxi yacht Wild Oats XI. Creating products that marry marine technical clothing with lifestyle fashion - products which translate easily from ship to shore! If you are lucky enough to be visiting Hamilton Island, during Race week or not, be sure to pop into the new store – you will be impressed!
