International approval for GME's MT410 PLBs

by Taline Tateossian on 5 Jun 2007 After a lengthy delay, Australia’s GME has announced the international approval of their MT410 series Personal Locator Beacons (PLBs).

Utilising the same ground breaking Australian technology as the MT400 EPIRB, the MT410 and MT410G AccuSat™ Personal Locator Beacons are the latest exciting extension to GME’s growing family of innovative safety products.

GME’s AccuSat™ PLBs, are available in two formats, the MT410 a standard 406/121.5 MHz beacon, or the MT410G featuring an integrated 16 Channel GPS receiver for sub -100 metre satellite detection accuracy.
