New Zealand boat builder wins International Award

Ad Lib won the award for her class at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show Alloy Yachts
At the recent Superyacht Society Awards held in conjunction with the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show, Alloy Yachts received the supreme tribute for their 40m motor yacht ‘Ad Lib’. The yacht was judged in it’s class as the World’s best Superyacht. The award was accepted by Alloy Yachts Managing Director Tony Hambrook.
The International Superyacht Society is the sole organization representing the large yacht industry worldwide. Members are companies who have been recognized for their leadership and dedication to raising the standards of construction and design.
Alloy Yachts is based in Henderson Waitakere City employing 315 staff engaged in building custom designed superyachts. Currently under construction are two 52m Superyachts, a 41m Motoryacht and a 34m Expedition style Motoryacht.
