SP Systems undergoes name-change

Gurit Composite Technologies of Switzerland has announced that SP Systems (Australia) Pty Ltd and SP Systems (New Zealand) Ltd have changed their names to Gurit (Australia) Pty Ltd and Gurit (New Zealand) Ltd, effective June 1, 2006.

Despite the new names, all entities, addresses, contact details, bank details, products and services at both companies will remain the same, and the SP brand will continue to serve as a technology brand of Gurit.
