Last year’s Show was even bigger than in previous years and this year, the two day Show is expected to be even bigger, attracting in excess of 10,000 visitors.

Features of the Club Marine Sail Boat Show include the on-water, hardstand and off the beach display areas that will be transformed to accommodate more than 100 individual exhibitor displays from around the country. A full range of sailing, dinghies, catamarans, trailable yachts and more will be on display.

Stroll the marina, have a look onboard, talk to each yacht’s representative, make an appointment to go for a test sail and make your choice – it’s that simple. Take the family along too – there’s plenty for all at the Club Marine Sail Boat Show, which is open from 10-5pm on both days.

Boat Show Alley will consist of 61 booths featuring the biggest company names in the industry including air conditioning and fridges; anchors and windlasses; autopilots; batteries, chargers and generators; books, charts and magazines; brokerage; chandlery; charter/sailing holidays; shoes and wet weather gear; communication; cooking and heaters; engines; EPIRB; fish finders and sounders; inflatables; insurance and finance; jetties and pontoons; life jackets, buoys; life rafts; navigation lights; masts and spars; paint, coating, anti-fouls; propellers; radar; repairs and maintenance; ropes and rigging; sails and sail cloth; sailing instruments; steering gear; toilets, pumps and plumbing; winches and more.

SYC Boating Academy and Yachting Victoria will be offering all visitors the opportunity to try-sailing in optimist, pacer and access dinghy boats – free of charge. The show will also feature live entertainment, face painting, the Bunnings boat building competition and much more.

Just by attending the Club Marine Sail Boat Show you will have the chance to win a five-night Bareboat (self-sail) Charter Holiday with Sunsail in the Whitsunday's aboard a three cabin 35ft (or similar) Sunsail yacht.

As more and more people participate in sailing and boating related activities for recreation or as a sport, the Club Marine Sail Boat Show presents in one location a wealth of information with professional advice to help visitors decide on the activity that suits their interest and lifestyle.

Don’t miss out, as there is something for everyone, and in particular for those who enjoy nothing better than messing around in boats.

The Show program is out in the April edition of Australian Sailing; a 20-page full color guide to the show including what's on, exhibitor listings and product profiles and visitors will receive a complimentary copy upon entering the show.
