Audi A4 Avant Prize - Audi Sydney Harbour Regatta

Audi Australia will offer an Audi vehicle as the major prize for the Audi Sydney Harbour Regatta, 4 & 5th March 2006.

Competitors will have their first chance to view the major prize - an Audi A4 Avant - when it is displayed at the Participating Clubs and Competitors Cocktail Party on the 31 January 2006 at the Middle Harbour Yacht Club.

This award-winning car has received international accolades for its contemporary design and it remains one of the brand’s most popular lifestyle vehicles thanks to its flexibility, performance and spaciousness.

Class Winners will also be awarded a Perpetual Trophy, individually designed and handcrafted by award winning artist John Woulfe.

The Audi Sydney Harbour Regatta will feature over 200 yachts racing on 6 courses on the waters of Sydney Harbour with racing open to all yachts from the principal classes; IRC Maxi, IRC, Sports 30, PHS Yachts, JOG, Etchells, Yngling, Dragon, J24, Sydney 38 One Design, Cav 28 yachts, and Sydney 32 One Design. There are several PHS divisions.

Racing will be conducted with the assistance of Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron (RSYS), Cruising Yacht Club of Australia (CYCA) and Sydney Amateur Sailing Club (SASC).
