Club Marine Perth International Boat Show on next weekend Club Marine
It’s all hands on deck in the City as preparations are put in place for the 2017 Club Marine Perth International Boat Show, which is on next weekend.

The Show is being built in Elizabeth Quay, with works underway now to build around 250 metres of walkway on the water for Show visitors to access the boat display. The Club Marine Perth International Boat Show is the major boating event in Western Australia, and is being staged in two venues in the City – as well as on water displays and activities in Elizabeth Quay, the Boat Show will also take up most of the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Show Director Peter Woods said the final touches were being made to the Show’s layout, exhibitors were preparing to move their boats in, and the excitement was rising!

“It’s been a long process putting the Show together, and we are looking forward to four big days of boating activity next weekend,” Peter said.

“Show visitors can expect to be “wowed” in so many ways. From the luxurious $5million Sunseeker, to the amazing new solar powered Catamaran, to the exciting water ski boats inside PCEC – there’s something for everyone.”

“The Club Marine Perth International Boat Show is one of the biggest event sot be staged at Elizabeth Quay and the first event to utilise the Swan River as part of the Show. We have a full schedule of activity to watch and get involved in, including sailing, kayaking, fishing, water skiing and boat rides,” Peter said.

“We are extremely grateful for the support of our major partners, including the Boating Industry Association of WA, Club Marine Insurance, the City of Perth, Boatsales, Channel 7 and the West Australian who have all contributed to the success of this event.”

“The 2017 Club Marine Perth International Boat Show will be on from next Friday September 22, all long weekend until Monday September 25,” Peter said.
