Farrier F-22 trimaran to appear at boat shows this year

We have been keeping under cover here in New Zealand the past year or so, with several completely new designs under development, and I have found that it is always better to ensure designs are developed properly before fully releasing them onto the market. The F-22, in particular, is a totally new folding trimaran, and now fully developed. It is based on earlier F-boats such as the F-27, but virtually nothing has been left unimproved.

Twelve F-22s now built

F-22s have now been shipped to Australia, Switzerland, UK, Dubai, Spain, the USA (2) and the next two are going to Sweden. We currently have an order backlog of 3 - 4 years, but this should start to drop in 2017 as we begin to expand and increase production. This should mean that 2017 will also be the first time that the production F-22 will begin to appear in Boat Shows.

Meanwhile, the new F-45 catamaran is proceeding well in Multihull Direct's Philippine Factory with the first all carbon F-45CR version scheduled to be launched by mid year,

while the new F-33 is also being put into production in the Philippines, to be followed by the F-22 once we have finalized all aspects in New Zealand.
