Reaching leg - Catalina Yachts Lake Macquarie Rendezvous Rod Mackay
The 12th annual Catalina Yachts Lake Macquarie Rendezvous will be held January 13-15, 2017 at Lake Macquarie Yacht Club, Belmont. This fun filled gathering is for the owners and guests of Catalina yachts who have got over the silly season and will look forward to sailing on beautiful Lake Macquarie for some fun and sun.

The itinerary is as follows:

• Gather at Lake Macquarie Yacht Club, Belmont on Friday, January 13 (Marina pens and moorings can be arranged).
• Fun (non-spinnaker) race/sail past around beautiful Pulbah Island on the Saturday afternoon (January14). Some great prizes are on offer, including the perpetual Catalina Cup.
• Informal get-together at Lake Macquarie Yacht Club Toronto Friday night, and prize presentation/dinner Saturday night, at the “Crusoe’s on the Lake” restaurant on site at the club.
• A leisurely cruise down the Lake on Sunday (January 15) and raft up at Styles Point for those who wish to come along. An overnight extension of this raft up is being planned by some and should be fun like last year!
• Proudly Sponsored by Club Marine, Lake Macquarie Yacht Club, RA Mackay Yacht Brokerage.
