Further arrivals as first group begin Panama Canal transit

2015 -16 Clipper Round the World Yacht Race - IchorCoal and Qingdao arrived in Panama on Wednesday morning (local time) as ClipperTelemed+, Unicef and Derry~Londonderry~Doire begin the transit of the Panama Canal.

Look out for them going through the locks on the canal's live webcams.

Great Britain and Garmin arrived just after midday local time.

ClipperTelemed+, Unicef and Derry~Londonderry~Doire are expected to arrive at Shelter Bay Marina on the Caribbean side of the canal at approximately 2100 local time today (Wednesday).

The Race Viewer will also update every 30 minutes during the Panama Canal transits.
