Axopar Boats Andrew Golden
FUSION®, a worldwide leader in marine audio engineering, announced today that it signed a partnership with Axopar Boats. Under the terms of the agreement, the full range of Axopar boats will be offered with FUSION audio entertainment including the MS-BB300 Black Box Entertainment System, MS-NRX200i Wired Remote Controller, MS-FR6021 speakers and compatible amplifiers.

When space is at a premium at the helm, a compact entertainment solution is needed to blend performance and subtlety. There’s no room for compromise, because every boat needs access to FUSION’s unbeatable entertainment. The full-featured MS-BB300 Black Box Entertainment System offers FUSION-Link™ via NMEA 2000 control, Bluetooth audio streaming and Multi-Zone™ technology. The MS-BB300 is a true ‘plug and play’, compact entertainment powerhouse, which is compatible with the world’s leading Multi-Function Displays for intuitive True-Marine™ audio playback and easy, total control.

“It is an exciting time in powerboat design,” said Chris Baird, managing director, FUSION Entertainment. “Axopar is an example of true innovation in this field and customers are responding. By offering FUSION marine entertainment systems on their boats, they are giving their customers that perfect fusion of high-power performance and high-quality on-the-water entertainment.”

Axopar hulls are designed with the unifying principles of outstanding handling, lightweight construction and competitive pricing. Debuting in 2014 with the Axopar 28, the company has grown significantly with over 270 boats produced and over 320 boats sold – which makes Axopar one of the fastest growing boat brands in Europe. Incorporating a modular design for adaptability to wide market and customer needs, the boats are easy to access and simple to handle, with the combination of exhilarating driving and industry-leading efficiency.

“We focus on the needs of our customers to provide easier, more affordable and more enjoyable boating,” said Jan-Erik Viitala, COO, Axopar Boats. “To further strengthen the Axopar brand, we have developed key partnerships with providers of high-quality components, like the FUSION marine entertainment systems, to give our customers the ultimate on-the-water experience.”

Built with a highly effective aluminum heat sink integrated into its chassis side panel to allow greater dispersion of heat for sustained high performance, the FUSION MS-BB300 provides three independent audio zones, each with their own volume control options. Boaters can adjust each zone independently or globally from any connected FUSION-Link MFD or MS-NRX200i wired remote. Advanced FUSION-Link audio control is also available when using an existing NMEA 2000 network to connect to a MFD. A full list of supported MFDs can be found at website.

The leader in marine entertainment, FUSION is dedicated to offering innovative solutions that enhance personal leisure time, whether on the water or on the road. FUSION, backed by Garmin, builds products that exceed regulatory standards using the latest technologies at Garmin’s international ISO accredited manufacturing facility.
