FUSION®, a worldwide leader in marine audio, announced today that the latest version of its innovative FUSION-Link Apple and Android app (Version 1.1.0 Build 46) offers exciting new functionality and adds support for three new stereo models.
Offering intuitive navigation, streaming and control of music sources and independent audio zones, the FUSION-Link app navigates albums, artists and playlists with the same ease as on the FUSION stereo interface. With the latest update, owners of FUSION 650 and 750-Series marine entertainment systems can now access source control for Digital Audio Broadcast (DAB) via the app giving them the ability to enjoy the wide variety of DAB and DAB+ stations available.
The app update also now delivers full wireless control via Bluetooth for the recently introduced FUSION MS-RA70, MS-RA70N and MS-BB100 stereos, allowing boaters to tune radio stations on the move, select the next music track from a USB source or skip to the next song streamed directly from any Apple or Android smartphone. The app is capable of adjusting zone volume control and can even name individual zones, all without leaving the comfort of the aft deck or favorite fishing spot.
“At FUSION, we are focused on giving boaters the easiest control of the finest audio entertainment systems,” said Chris Baird, managing director, FUSION Entertainment. “Our revolutionary Remote Control app puts powerful entertainment options at your fingertips. Whether streaming media or accessing digital radio, even in multiple languages, you should have no worries at all, but to sit back and enjoy our signature sound.”
As part of FUSION’s commitment to global support, the app has also been updated to support additional languages including Dutch, French, Italian, German and Spanish. Users simply download the app and pair a mobile device with a compatible stereo to get on-the-go control of FUSION’s on-board entertainment in the same language they use on the stereo.
The FUSION-Link Remote Control app is available for download from the Apple App Store and Google Play. For more information on the FUSION-Link Remote Control app, compatible stereos, FUSION or its entire line of audio entertainment products, visit
