Sailing World Cup Melbourne has a blend of sibling rivalries and brothers in arms in the 49er and Men’s 470 classes.
David, Sam and Lachy Gilmour are competing against each other for the first time in the 49er at Sailing World Cup Melbourne, being held out of St Kilda sailing precinct. The trio, whose father is the famous match racer Peter, have sailing in their blood and there’s no love lost out on Port Phillip.
Meanwhile, in the Men’s 470 there are brothers in arms, as twins Patrick and Alex Conway continue their charge in the fleet.
