RYA Int'l Regulations for Preventing Collisions - New edition

Ideal for learning and teaching it shows all the configurations of lights and shapes, at four different times of day and night.

The illustrations have also been enhanced to help any seafarer understand their responsibilities, meaning that everybody at sea will be safer.
