by World Wakeboard Association on 13 Aug 2015
Action today - 2015 Nautique WWA Wakeboard and National Championships World Wakeboard Association
2015 Nautique WWA Wakeboard and National Championships – Starting today and running through Sunday, Miami’s brand new Watersports Complex at Amelia Earhart Park will be hosting the championships Presented by Rockstar Energy Drink.

Approximately 325 athletes from across North America will be competing against one another for a National Championship while the pros in both the Wakeboard World Series and the Wake Park World Series will also be competing. Miami Dade residents are encouraged to come out and be a part of this great event.

The event will feature all male and female amateur divisions as well Jr. Pro, Pro Wakeskate, Pro Women, and Pro Men. The event is unique in which each day will offer the fans both wakeboarding and wakepark events. All of the competitors in the wakeboarding events will be towed exclusively by the award winning Super Air Nautique G23 and G21 boats and those in the wakepark events will be pulled by Miami Watersport Complex’s world class cable system.

“I am really looking forward to the Nationals this year at the Miami Watersports Complex,” said Nautique’s J.D Webb. “Hands down, the Nautique National Championships features the best wakeboarding in the world for fans and Nautique steps there game up each and every year, giving riders the ability to showcase their talent behind the best boats and cableparks in the industry.”

“The crowds this year have been amazing, so far,” said Nautique’s Mike Dowdy. “I strongly believe with the brand new Miami Watersports Complex and the high performance Super Air Nautique G23 and G21 boats, fans are going to be given the best show yet.”

The 2015 Nautique WWA Wakeboard and Wakepark National Championships marks the final round of the Nautique Wake Series and is looking to draw in the largest crowd yet. Fans are going to be flocking in from across North America to see the wakeboarding’s best athletes compete for the National and World championships.

As the organizer and sanctioning body of the Nautique WWA National Championships Presented by Rockstar Energy, the World Wakeboard Association would like to thank all our partners who make this event possible, including Nautique Boats, Rockstar Energy Drink, Fox, PCM Marine Engines, Ronix, CWB, Aktion Parks and the Miami Watersports Complex.
