Aussie manufacturer for Europe

Australian powerboat manufacturer Mustang Cruisers, has appointed Ocean Cruising Ltd to represent its range of motor cruisers in the UK, France, Spain and Portugal.
Mustang builds a range of open and sportstop motor cruisers from 28ft-48ft; with plans for a 52ft flybridge model well advanced.
Jan den Braber, head of marketing for Mustang said ‘Australia is a pretty harsh environment for motor cruisers, with all our open water sailing being ocean work.
Mustang has a well-established reputation here for building extremely high quality motor cruisers capable of operating in this environment and we are sure that this, when combined with the current weakness of the Australian dollar, will make the Marquee a clear winner in Europe.
We are delighted to be working with Ocean Cruising Group, which gives us access to the two main markets in Europe we would like to penetrate, the UK and the Western Mediterranean and look forward to presenting our products at a number of major shows this season.’
The first yacht is due into the UK in mid-May and OCG intend to market the Mustang Range through a network of resellers.
