Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One Team Driver Nico Rosberg spent some time onboard British sailor Alex Thomson's racing yacht off the coast of Monaco this week, ahead of the Grand Prix taking place in the principality this weekend.

Rosberg and BOSS athlete Thomson enjoyed some time onboard Thomson's IMOCA 60 racing yacht, as Rosberg looks to top the podium again at the weekend, following his win at the Spanish Grand Prix earlier this month.

The Formula One driver, whose team are sponsored by HUGO BOSS, showed professional offshore sailor Thomson his home town from a unique sea view.

Alex said, ‘It was a pleasure to meet Nico Rosberg, a fellow sportsman with a drive to succeed. It was interesting to compare the differences in our sports and the areas that are the same. Everyone has their own style when leading up to the start of the race and we wish Nico and the rest of the MERCEDES AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team good luck this weekend.’

Nico Rosberg was on location filming for the HUGO BOSS your city, your spot, your style video. The Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One Team driver showed the city’s best kept secrets and finished his tour onboard the racing yacht HUGO BOSS.
