One of the most unique and exhilarating launches set to take place at this year’s Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show (SCIBS) will be the Australian launch of the uniquely innovative Jet Ski Boats’ Sealver range of Wave Boats from France.

Set to change the way Aussies enjoy the water, the Wave Boats combine a Wave Boat and a Jet Ski. The simple yet ingenious concept sees the Jet Ski connect to the boat as its source of power – and can be disconnected at any time for the Jet Ski to be used independently.

The Wave Boat can be used for up to six people, so rather than everyone else being stuck on shore while the jetskier has all the fun, the fun can be enjoyed by everyone on the water together.

Martin French, who is director of Jet Ski Boats Australia along with co-director Robert Bassetto, says he is thrilled to be launching the Sealver Wave Boat range at the 2015 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show.

“We know the Wave Boat is going to be hugely popular,” Mr French says. “And we are so excited to get it out there.

“We have experienced the boats ourselves and they are fantastic. Whether they are in calm waters or two metre waves, the Wave Boat handled each situation with ease.

“The Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show is the perfect place to launch the Sealver,” he said. “We look forward to the feedback from the marine industry.”

Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show general manager Johan Hasser said national launches such as the Sealver show the quality and diversity of exhibitors at this year’s Show.

“SCIBS really does offer something for everyone,” Mr Hasser said. “We have everything from the very high-end superyachts, to fishing boats, watersports gear, safety gear and the very latest technologies and innovation.

“The Show has become the place the marine industry chooses to launch their latest products to the market, and the Sealver is one of the many innovative launches that will take place.”
