Its back! The Petersville Regatta is proudly returning to the Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron 2015 Sailing Calendar. The regatta will be held from 27 – 30 December 2015 and is set to be reinstated as the club’s flagship annual event.
Back by popular demand, the Petersville Regatta returns to attract a competitive group of keel and cruising boats from across the peninsula, Victoria and Australia to the family-friendly, social atmosphere of the original regatta held during the 1980’s.
This year the Petersville Regatta will follow the annual ORCV Boxing Day Dash and will coincide with the expansion of the Blairgowrie marina and the opening of the much anticipated Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron clubhouse.
The Petersville Regatta will become a major highlight of the BYS yachting calendar. We encourage you to join us for this terrific regatta and to take advantage of our newly built marina visitor berths that offer a gateway to the pristine Mornington Peninsula. Book here to arrange a dedicated visitor berth for the regatta period or to extend your visit to a seven-day stay over the New Year period. Limited rafting is also available for participants.
