Radio Ham Exams in the Davao Gulf of the Philippines

On February 25, 2015 at 0930 local time the Seven Seas Cruising Association (SSCA) is conducting a ham exam 'gam' at Holiday Oceanview Marina on Samal Island in the Davao Gulf of the Philippines.
Location of Samal Island, Davao Gulf, Philippines: 07°12' N / 125° 43 'E.
The purpose is to offer US amateur radio license testing.
Examinees do not have to be SSCA members OR US citizens. The only restriction is that non-US Citizens cannot be a representative of a foreign government.
