For the RYA Suzuki Dinghy Show - Suzuki Marine Safety Boat competition as the closing date looms ever nearer boaters across the country are being urged to get their entry in to be in with a chance of winning this fantastic prize.

Up for grabs is a Rigiflex Newmatic 360 powered by a Suzuki DF9.9A engine, worth over £4,500 (RRP) for the winners club, as well as a VIP invitation for the winner and their family to attend the RYA Suzuki Dinghy Show 2015, held at Alexander Palace over the weekend of 28 February – 01 March, as special guests of Suzuki and the RYA Suzuki Dinghy Show.

The competition is open until the 31 January and has already seen thousands enter in the hope of clinching the star prize, but there is still time to get your entry in to be in the running to win the safety boat for your club.

'We have been overwhelmed by how popular the safety boat competition has proved to be over the past few months, but with such an amazing prize up for grabs it is not surprising so many people are keen to win', commented Charlotte Pearson, RYA Shows Co-ordinator.

Taking part couldn’t be easier, visit and complete the competition survey to submit your entry, it’s that easy. Remember entries must be submitted by 31 January 2015 to be in with a chance of winning.

George Cheeseman, Sales and Marketing Manager for Suzuki GB’s ATV & Marine Divisions added: 'We are very pleased to have teamed up with Rigiflex to offer this competition prize. The Rigiflex Newmatic 360 is one of the most popular club safety boats on the market and when combined with the Suzuki DF9.9A is a very robust and durable package, which is well suited to the rigours of club use.'

The RYA Suzuki Dinghy Show - Suzuki Marine Safety Boat competition was launched in July 2014 to celebrate the launch of three new safety boat packages from Suzuki Marine. The three new safety boat packages developed by Suzuki in partnership with Ribcraft and Rigiflex, and in conjunction with the RYA offer clubs standard packages that will cater for the needs of most clubs and training centres.

Alongside the inland-inshore Rigiflex, there is also a 4.8m inshore RIB and a 5.85m coastal RIB so that there is a safety boat package to suit most club locations.

Watch the RYA’s Regional Development Officers put the Suzuki Marine Safety Boat packages through their paces at the PSP Southampton Boat Show 2014.
