Some of the first 'Side By Side' shots of the supermaxis Wild Oats XI and Comanche have been posted to YouTube

Jim Clark's hot new 100 ft Comanche has travelled from Newport RI - to line up against a recent set of contenders including Syd Fisher Ragamuffin for a Sydney to Hobart showdown.

There is a startling difference in the width of the proven Wild Oats XI and the nine years junior Comanche – whist they have the same LOA and similar mast heights.
