SailCoach Pro an interactive sail coaching app launches on the Apple app store.

An app for iPhone and iPad that provides sailors and coaches with relevant information in an easy to digest format; when the pressure is on!

Available today, the app SailCoach Pro offers sailors and coaches an all-in-one solution that combines an extensive knowledge of coaching, built by one of the top coaches and sailors in the world.

SailCoach Pro provides an on the water visual aid for both amateur and professionals sailors and their coaches, allowing users to log the days race or sailing course, wind and tide data and much more.

When on the water SailCoach Pro provides features such as adding wind and current readings with the touch of a button to your map and 'pinging' a race course so you can capture a real-time visual reference of a race track. By combining this info with geographical information from the interactive built in map, you have an accurate recording of your race area for the day.

For coaches, SailCoach Pro has an easy to use 'notes' page so you can type quick notes for later use in the debrief or between races. You can take pictures or videos and even play out a rules incident on the big screen. SailCoach Pro provides a professional presentation on the days sailing in clear and precise format that you can send to anyone in your team.

Other features include:
• Ability to add personal team data
• Interactive rules page
• Formatted debrief page in PDF
• Export custom made .coach file to other users, drop box etc

The app is currently being used by Yachting New Zealand Sailing team amongst other World Class organisations and will be officially launched at the Miami OCR regatta in January 2015.

SailCoach Pro is now available on the apple store for £15.50 and can be downloaded through the 3D Sailing website where you will find out more information about the app, screenshots and even a forum for the app.

SailCoach Pro exceeds in all areas by providing sailors and coaches with the best information to have not only a successful regatta but increase learning curve by providing a fun tool.

SailCoach Pro is developed by 3D Sailing an online coaching and 3D printing and Design Company established in 2013 by Olympic Sailor, William Howden.
