The schedule and times for the show broadcast on November 16 are as follows (fast forward to the times below if you want to hear a specific interview/segment):

- Sailing News in Sixty Seconds-ish (1:55).

- Silas Nolan, Team Shockwave, Concubine Yachting, Ichi Ban (8:20).

- Rob Brown, 'Browny', AC & all-round sailing legend, Envy Scooters (18:30).

The show as always wraps up with clips from the Sailor Girl's own adventures including some 18 foot skiff action, hanging out in Darren 'Twirler' Jones' pit, Rob Douglass (her skipper) getting told off by Mike 'Fletch' Fletcher (her coach), and a highlights reel over the past 30 weeks, including many greats (55:22).

There is plenty more to come including the Extreme Sailing Series Downunder, the Big Boat Race and Rolex Sydney Hobart.
