Top international sailing and extreme photographer, Juerg Kaufmann (SUI) was in Rio de Janerio for the recent Olympic test event. He is perhaps better known for his America's Cup and other sailing events, and of course being Swiss, he loves his mountains.

This High Definition video takes us inside Swiss Sailing Team during the 2014 Olympic Test event in August 2014 Rio de Janeiro.

JK has long been associated with the Swiss sailing team, he comments on the video : 'It’s about showing how it’s is on the today's Olympic circuit.'

'We from the Swiss team run on a very tight budget and fight hard to have a chance in this game, compared to the bigger nations with big budged, they do all we do just on a bigger scale.'

As we say in the video: 'It’s a marathon lasting four or eight years and the Games are the sprint at the end'

'Very similar to the Cup just different boats and different budgets.'

Here's a gallery of JK's images and video compilation of moving and still images from the event. JK always wants to be unique, and this is certainly different, and a very skilful use of images and camera techniques.

Perhaps even more remarkable is that there is 'zero-GoPro' in this video compilation. All on-board video is just that - shot on board by JK using HD video cameras.
