Farr Yacht Sales and Activate, the UK sales agent for this exciting boat, are delighted to announce that a demonstration boat will arrive in the UK on the 21st September. The boat is to be used for demo-sailing, media boat tests and winter series racing.

Already there is an understandable degree of excitement and anticipation, surrounding this new boat and with current UK inquiries for the Farr 280 now topping 40 individuals, we are excited about the class and believe that there will be at least twelve boats racing in the UK by late Spring, early Summer 2015.

John Taylor is available to answer any inquiries and take bookings for demo-sailing days, so please feel free to give him a call or drop him an email at john@activateswitch.com.

We are planning some demonstration days for those who are keen to join this exciting Class. The boat will be based in Cowes but we plan to also hold demo-sails from Hamble, Lymington and Poole. The location for the dates are not confirmed yet, so please contact us as soon as possible to request where and when would suit your plans. The provisional dates at the moment are 4th-5th, 11th-12th and 18th-19th of October.
