'This year we have twice as many camping, caravanning, RV and other outdoors exhibitors as we did in 2013, demonstrating the increased interest Australians have in exploring the great outdoors and the value we offer,' Paul Mathers, Event Director said.

'Another highlight for outdoor enthusiasts at our Show will be the new and exclusive 4WD Proving Ground hosted by Rick O'Brien from Channel 10's Offroad Adventure Show, where visitors can tow campers as well as learn about essential safety requirements.'

Over 200 exhibitors, including big names Elite Caravans, Conqueror Australia, Ultimate Campers and GIC Campers, will be showing off their latest wares, with tens-of-thousands of products on display and plenty of show specials.

Elite Caravans, awarded the 2013/14 'Best Manufacturer of Caravans' title, will showcase its range of Australian-made family, off road and luxury caravans on stand #G520. One of the highlights will be the Off-Road 'Balistic', which can go for up to six months without plugging into mains power, courtesy of the EFOY Fuel Cell that uses pure methanol.

The Outdoor Leisure and Campers area will host over 20 dedicated exhibitors including Cub Campers at #O22, where visitors can explore the upgraded version of the Brumby, with new features including a fridge box and improved kitchen.

On stand #O57, Doble Outdoors, will display the SCS 200t, which is the world's first, fully patented solar powered illuminated tent pole that can also recharge phones and USB powered devices.

Commanding attention in Hall One at stand #A35 will be Trackabout Off Road Campers' Safari SV Extenda, one of the trailers that led them to be a finalist in the 2014 Camper Trailer of the Year awards.

Also exhibiting in Hall One will be Conqueror Australia, Mountain Trail Campers, Patriot Campers, and Ultimate Campers, while Award RV will be next door in Hall Three.

Camptime Camper Trailers (#B65) in The Boulevard will reveal three new off-road models for young families, with the latest wares from Altitude Campers, Goldstream RV and Stockman also sure to be popular.

World leaders in portable cooling, Waeco will have on display its latest product offerings while its ever-popular Outback Stage will play host to presentations, information sessions and appearances from special guests right throughout the Show.

But that's not all! Some of the 4x4 and outdoor industry's biggest names will be appearing exclusively at this month's Show including John 'Roothy' Rooth, Paul Worsteling, Peter 'Spida' Everitt, All four Adventure's Jase Andrews and environmental crusader Chris 'Brolga' Barnes, aka Kangaroo Dundee.

Also sure to draw the crowds will be the exclusive open air performances from Australian music icons Mark Seymour (Hunters and Collectors) and Ross Wilson (Mondo Rock) who will rock the XXXX Retreat in the Action Arena on the Saturday and Sunday respectively.

This is a merely a snapshot of what can be experienced at Australia's premier outdoors expo with over 200 exhibitors and more than 34,000 square metres dedicated to the boating, fishing, touring, towing and 4x4 arena.
