Southern Spars offer free Carbon Furling boom to a lucky owner

by Sail-World on 15 Jul 2014
Southen Spars Coastal Furling boom - yours for free? Southern Spars
Southern Spars is looking for one lucky owner to test out our new Coastal Furl boom and in return you will get to keep the boom.

The Coastal Furl is an all carbon furling boom for the 30-40 foot range with a price tag unheard of in the carbon market at only NZD $12,999 RRP. Next year we will see two more size ranges become available for yachts ranging from 40-70 foot.

Saving weight, windage, time and cost, the Coastal Boom is the furling boom of the future for performance cruisers the world over and includes a…

- Carbon fibre sandwich construction
- Lightweight carbon mandrel
- Manual line drive system
- Stylish boom end cap
- Integrated sail cover
- Carbon gas vang

Our first boom is now ready to be commissioned and all we need now is the boat to launch the product on. If you have a boat ranging from 30-40 foot with an E measurement (foot length) less than 5m and based in Auckland then please email or call Kristen Sneyd at Rig Pro Auckland.

Conditions apply.

A new mainsail will be required to fit the Coastal Furl boom at the owners expense.
