The Tour de France à la Voile will once again be a great summer celebration. Sport challenges, educative pavilions for young and old alike, skippers’ chats and concerts every evening – the race village will offer a wide range of activities for all. The event is investing in its stopovers – the Tour de France à la Voile will be everywhere, from the marinas to the city centres and the beaches.
Tourists enjoying the beach will have access to more watersports while kids will have over 400m² of beach games to play with. On shore, activities will be available all day. A huge success last year, the advertising convoy is back too.
Maritime activities will be enhanced in 2014 with jousts, canoes, traditional boats in some stopovers and the 'Tour Regattas' in Roscoff and Hyeres on July 14 and 23. The organisers want all sailors to join this celebration and enjoy the opportunity to sail with the racing fleet. Nice, the final stopover, will host a Maritime Parade and a Stand Up Paddle Relay to conclude the event.
Write these dates down – the Tour de France à la Voile will be a party not to
