Digital version of RYA Racing Rules Explained eBook available

The publication formerly available in paperback has now been transformed in to an interactive digital product, making it simpler for the reader to use.

'The new digital version of the RYA Racing Rules Explained 2013-2016 is really suited to both the requirements of the reader and the purpose of the book.
