PWA World Tour - A taste of things to come at La Torche + Video

by Chris Yates on 13 Apr 2014 The PWA World Tour Grand Slam event at La Torche is set to take place October 18-26. The 2014 Tour will see the slalom and wave sailors return to the French shores of La Torche for the first time in many years.

Situated in the southwest of Finistére, Brittany, La Torche is a paradise for windsurfers as it feels the full force of the Atlantic Ocean’s storms, which can create world class wave sailing conditions, as well as potentially nail biting, gnarly slalom.

In October, La Torche will once again play host to the elite of the wave and slalom sailing world, for what is sure to be an action packed event. To wet your appetite ahead of the event a teaser has been released giving you an idea of what to expect.
