Just one of the excellent vessels up for auction. Marine Auctions
Marine Auctions will be holding its next boat auction at Runaway Bay Marina, Sunday 23 March from 10am.
The expert team there will have more than 40 boats up for auction, ranging from around $5,000 for a 4m Quintrex tinnie complete with 25hp Honda four-stroke, to around $140,000 for a 1994 Riviera 33 Flybridge.
According to David Carroll, manager at Marine Auctions, 'there are also a few boats for the Public Trustee which might go even cheaper!'
Among the others available are a 42 Peterson Islander, built in 1978. 'It’s just lovely,' says David. 'Somebody will be getting a piece of history with this one. I’m not a sailor, but this is a nice boat!'
Possibly the stand out of the auction is the 2010 Kevlacat 3000 Sports Cruiser, in full current survey, ideal for charter use and well appointed.
There’s also a 2007 Al Dhaen 360SF, built in Dubai (pictured above). 'It’s a big sports fishing boat that would be great for the Gold Coast or any part of the Australian coastline! That’s one worth checking out.'
Also for auction, the brand new 4.2m Noble range of aluminium all-rounders, some with new 30hp Suzuki two-stroke motors, some without. 'There’s something for everybody this time. It’s well worth the visit.'
People can view the full range of boats online at www.marineauctions.com.au Bidding can occur on the day by phone or in person.
