WWA Wakeboard World Series to get underway in Nova Lima

With more than 63 events in the books, the WWA Wakeboard World Series returns in 2014 for three more awesome stops. Brazil, Canada and USA will host as Phil Soven, Danny Thollander, Austin Hair and many more top pro riders bring their talents to proven, rock n’ roll events. On the WWA Wakeboard World Series, the action never stops, as soon as the riding ends on the water, the bands and DJs crank up their amplifiers and continue the entertainment straight into the dusk.

The riders and spectators will get amped, as each stop will feature different towboats and a variety of rails for riders to showcase their bag of tricks. 107’ long step-ups and 13’ tall transfers, in addition to kicker-sized wakes will allow riders to bring the action directly to the international crowds.

Clube Serra de Moeda in Nova Lima, Brazil will kick off the season over a 3-day amazing event in Central Brazil. The mountainous, action sport focused community brings wakeboarding to a perfect location, as para gliders, mountain bikers, dirt bikers and more check out the best wakeboarders in the world go at it for the prize purse and bragging rights.
