27th Phuket King’s Cup Regatta Royal Awards Presentation Guy Nowell
H.E. Admiral Mom Luang Usni Pramoj, Personal Representative of His Majesty the King of Thailand, presided over the Royal Award Ceremony of the 27th Phuket King’s Cup Regatta under Royal Patronage. The event was held at Kanda Hall, Kata Beach Resort & Spa, Phuket.

The splendid trophy, designed by Mom Luang Tri Devakul and graciously bestowed by HM the King, features nine silver sails rising up from a silver sea, superimposed with the symbol of H.M the King, called the “Tra Sanyalak,” along with the King’s initials and the Thai nine. The Royal Crown over-arcs the trophy’s form, indicating the King’s Royal Patronage of the Phuket King’s Cup Regatta.

The Royal Award Ceremony marks the end of a week of spectacular racing between keelboats and multihulls, dinghies and windsurfs, all competing in beautiful Andaman waters to win the ‘must-have’ trophy in all of Asian yachting.

Loads of amenity - Goes like a cut cat
As the first Cure 55 steps closer to being splashed it looked more like a Purosangue to me As the first Cure 55 steps ever closer to being splashed, I could not help thinking that it was a lot like the Ferrari Purosangue. This isn't what I expected
I'm very surprised just how different the new AC75s are A month ago, when I wrote 'AC75 launching season', just three of the AC75s set to contest the 37th America's Cup in Barcelona had been revealed. Now it's five, with just the French Orient Express Racing Team left to show their hand.
