Ce mardi 1er octobre à 19 heures 02 minutes et 23 secondes, Gildas Morvan a franchi la ligne d'arrivée de la deuxième étape de la Generali Solo 2013 entre Barcelone et Beaulieu sur Mer (parcours réduit à la marque « Les Moines ») en première position.

Le skipper de Cercle Vert a mis 2 jours, 6 heures, 2 minutes et 23 secondes pour parcourir les 363 milles d'une course riche mais épuisante où ont alterné longs bords de reaching sous spi et navigation dans les calmes. Fabien Delahaye (Skipper Macif 2012) et Adrien Hardy (Agir Recouvrement) complètent le podium.

Derrière, les arrivées vont suivre en rafale avec un tir groupé composé d'Anthony Marchand (Bretagne-Crédit Mutuel Performance), Xavier Macaire (Skipper Hérault), David Kenefick (Full Irish), Paul Meilhat (Skipper Macif 2011), Corentin Horeau (Bretagne-Crédit Mutuel Espoir) et Gildas Mahé (Ports d'Azur-Interface Concept). Mais difficile de savoir dans quel ordre.
