Sail-World's NZ and America's Cup Editor, Richard Gladwell headed for the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron, straight from Auckland Airport, and found a massive crowd of NZ fans at Emirates Team NZ's home club.

The whole of the club's ground floor has been turned into viewing areas, with three big screens set up, and plenty of food and drink.

At least five radio stations and and TV channels were broadcasting live from the Club.
