The SOS 2-Person life raft was instrumental in the rescue operation of two men after their boat capsized on the Port Hacking River.
PolAir dropped a SOS 2-Person life raft along with two inflatable lifejackets for the men to assist in their rescue.
The life raft has now been serviced and ready to use for the next rescue.
'The SOS 2-Person Life raft weights around 8 kilos and is an easier device to use for rescue teams and for boaters who are travelling alone or with one other person' says spokes man from SOS Marine.
