There are no sweeter lines on the water than those of a Swan - and that's whether you mean the bird or the cruising yacht. Having just completed their build at Nautor’s yard in Pietarsaari, Nautor’s Swan has started the busy launch season with three Swan 53s setting sail from Finland all with new owners aboard.

A popular model, since its launch in 2005 and 24 built to date for owners around the globe including from the West coast of the USA to India, Mexico and Hong Kong, this Frers design continues to attract attention for her cruising qualities.

With performance cruising at its core, the Swan 53 provides the perfect solution for owners looking for a design that truly reflects Nautor’s unique brand of quality, style and seaworthiness. Equally at home on the high seas covering long distances, or island hopping in shallow waters, the Swan 53 performs beautifully, whatever the occasion.

Her elegant lines from the narrow bow to the larger stern provide a spacious interior for the comfortable sailing experience. The layout offers either a three or four cabin option, which can easily accommodate six people. The saloon area very much dictates the overall feel of the boat and is kept as the heart of the yacht encouraging people to come together, this is mirrored above deck with the generous cockpit for maximum comfort.

An added asset to this model, is that the Swan 53 can be sailed by the smallest of crews as twin setback spreaders, with all lines leading back to the cockpit, non-overlapping jib and single-line reefing system promote ease of handling. The model is available with two different rudder and keel configurations including a daggerboard version for shallow, inshore passages.
