Etchells Australian Titles at Southport YC preview

2013-14 Etchells Australian Titles is expected to be one of the largest Etchell National Titles ever run for this hotly contested class of yacht. With the perfect Gold Coast location and the increased level of competition sailors and their families will be converging from all across Australia and New Zealand.

Recent World and Australian Champions will be competing including John Bertrand and current Americas Cup contenders.
The action of the Championships is set to take place between Monday 11th and Saturday 16th November, 2013 at Southport Yacht Club, Gold Coast. With eight scheduled races to be conducted off the Gold Coast shore-line.

Sunday 10th November the yacht club will see an unofficial practice race being conducted from the Gold Coast shore-line.
The Notice of Race and On-line entry are now available from the Southport Yacht Club website.

Southport Yacht Club’s Main Beach Clubhouse will be transformed for a week of fun on water and on shore, we welcome all members of the public to join the sailors in celebrating this great event.
