Alaska 49 Gold Coast City Marina
Three brand new luxury cruisers will be seen for the first time in the world at the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show in May.

Leigh-Smith Cruiser Sales will have on display the band new Hampton Endurance 720 Skylounge and the Hampton 700 Skylounge along with an Alaska 49 Aft-Cabin-Yacht Fisher.

The Hampton Endurance 720 Skylounge incorporates the Endurance hybrid technology and dual Portuguese bridges. Powered by twin Caterpillar C18 Acert, 930hp diesel engines the vessel has a massive 10,000-litre fuel capacity, which gives it a cruising range of some 3,000 nautical miles. The four cabin configuration sleeps 10 people with full-beam king-size master stateroom.

The Hampton 700 Skylounge is built for safety, comfort and dependable cruising. Powered by two Caterpillar C18 Acert, 930hp diesel engine with vessel will cruise at 18 knots and has a top speed of 20 knots. The interior design is contemporary, with light cherrywood satin finish and textured fabrics and panels. The full-beam master stateroom features a king-size bed, a spacious en suite and stunning panoramic picture windows.

The Alaska 49 Aft-Cabin-Yacht Fisher is a quantum leap in a family cruising vessel. The Alaska 49 is a modern version of a classic layout with the focus on space and livability.

Although not designed as a dedicated fishing boat the rear fishing cockpit gives access to the aft deck and the flybridge through a series of companionways making boarding easier. Gone is the traditional ladder of the previous aft cabin designs, which made them unpopular with older owners.

The traditional timber interior décor has also been replaced with a stylish fabric finish on walls and panels with cherrywood highlights. The aft cabin features a full king-size bed with separate head and shower.

The new Alaska 49 is powered by brand new Cummins QSB-6.7–litre, 480 hp diesel engines, which give the vessel a top speed of 21 knots.

These three brand new international release will be part of the Leigh-Smith Cruiser Sales display on D-arm at the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show from 23 - 26 May, 2013.
