Mercury – Canada’s Formula 2 Powerboat Tammy Wolf
Mercury’s Formula 2 powerboat absolutely stole the spot light at the 55th annual Toronto International Boat Show. With the success of Mercury’s high-performance display at Canada’s largest boat show, boat owner Ted Gryguc of Speedmaster Marine was sought after by Canada’s largest Motorsports Expo to have this breathtaking Formula 2 powerboat added to the exhibits at their show.

Mercury - Canada’s Formula 2 powerboat will be displayed at the Canadian Motorsports Expo, February 8, 9, and 10, at the International Centre in Toronto, Ontario.

Formula 2 powerboat run at speeds of 120 mph and drivers experience 4G’s in the corners. Tammy Wolf, Canadian only female tunnel boat driver, who finished the 2012 Formula 3 season at the first runner up and is the only Canadian to compete in the 24 hours of Rouen in France will pilot Mercury’s powerboat in 2013.

These boat race mostly in the USA and Europe, however, there is one Canadian event scheduled for 2013, the 75th anniversary of the Valleyfield Regatta in Quebec.
