St.Maarten-St.Martin Classic Regatta - Zaca A Te Moana charters open

143 ft schooner Zaca A Te Moana Jean Jarreau
The St. Maarten-St.Martin Classic Yacht Club have announced that the fast 143 ft schooner Zaca A Te Moana will be available for regatta charters during the upcoming Classic Regatta in St.Maarten-St.Martin the last week-end of March and also during Antigua Classics in April.

The magnificent yacht is docked at Palapa Marina in Simpson Bay already for many weeks after refit works in Antigua.

She will sail to Cuba in the coming weeks and come back to St.Maarten in advance of the St.Maarten-St.Martin Classic Regatta.

The captain and first mate are both from Belgium while other crewmembers are from France and other countries.

She was built to the lines of the famous and fast Class of the Grand Bank Schooners by an experienced yachtsman.

Her powerful rig allows her to cruise effortlessly under sail at over 10 knots whilst retaining a very high level of comfort and unusual stability.

Zaca a te Moana offers luxury accommodation for 8-12 guests in six cabins, including the spectacular 'Owners Suite' comprising the entire aft section of the Yacht with chart table, separate entrance and complete with Victorian 'slipper bath'.

Her interior is one of understated elegance in keeping with the classical style of the yacht, with smart studded leather sofas, rich wood panelling, and fresh white linens throughout the accommodation.

A bar with dining area is located forward most on the lower deck.

She is a ‘Classic’ in appearance and accommodation.

Whilst she is fitted out to a very high standard, she remains what she is, which, to some, may appear somewhat Spartan, particularly when compared to modern ‘Luxury’ Yachts.

It should be clearly understood that, whilst attractive, traditional, and luxurious by those same standards, she remains a robust and steady ocean-going ‘Classic’ and her interior ‘comforts’ are in keeping with the traditional nature both of her design and handling.

Equally, she is an Auxiliary Sailing Yacht, as such her main and preferred form of propulsion is the wind, not the auxiliary engine.

The true sailing experience to be enjoyed on board Zaca is of a type that is rarely offered nowadays, sailing this yacht in a Classic Regatta is the dream of every sailor.

Zaca A Te Moana can accommodate up to sixteen guests during a regatta charter.

The ideal yacht for corporate charter during a classic regatta can be reserved and booked trough No Limits Yachts and the web site Classic Yacht for Charter.
