Fairway unveils the new Offshore 41

by Marc Hall on 30 Dec 2012
The First new Fairway Offshore 41 ready for shipping and available for inspection, Test and Purchase late January 2013. Marc Hall
United Motor Yachts, owners of the Fairway brand in Australia have recently released their new 'Offshore' range of Game and Sports fishing boats. The first of these new boats is the Fairway Offshore 41 which will arrive here in Australia at the end of January 2013 and be available for sale and delivery soon after.

This new model is a completely new direction for Fairway in Australia but not for United Motor Yachts. Both Stewart Smith and Marc Hall have had a long association with the Game fish fraternity as both of them were associated with Black Watch Boats and Deep V Marine. Stewart was a director/shareholder of both Black Watch and Deep V Marine holding the position of production and general manager of both companies. Marc was a co-owner of Black Watch Sales and Game and Leisure Boats holding the position of sales manager.

The new Fairway Offshore 41 has been designed and constructed to offer exceptional offshore performance and economy as well as luxurious two cabin accommodation. The production of this new model is personally driven by Stewart Smith and the boats are built to the highest world standards using the best available materials and equipment. The first new boat to arrive will have a relatively high level of standard equipment and be powered by a pair of 550 HP Cummins diesels. The boat will run to well over 30 Knots and cruise at up to 26/28 with ease. Extremely economical distance cruising is achieved at 20-24 KN. The new model is stable at rest and trolling speeds due to the wide beam of 4.5 Metres and is exceptionally soft and dry on the run is rough conditions offshore.

The new boat will be offered for sale at an introductory price of $595,000 which represents outstanding value. In fact United Motor Yachts will offer the first few boats on this introductory deal. If you would like more information or would like to test run a new Fairway Offshore 41 please call the United Motor Yacht team on 0755 141866 or email us on sales@umy.net.au visit our website United Motor Yachts.
